Earlier this week, a semi truck crashed on 1-20 in Jackson. According to WJTV News Channel 12, the incident happened in a westbound lane of 1-20, near the Warren/Hinds County line. For currently unknown reasons, the truck driver lost control of the large vehicle and it went down an embankment.
The driver did sustain minor injuries but was not taken to the hospital for treatment. At this time, very few details have been released and we still don’t know why the truck driver lost control of the big rig. Thankfully, this appears to have been a one-vehicle crash.
