Elderly Driver Slams Into Restaurant

Last weekend, an elderly driver crashed into a restaurant in Crystal Springs. According to WJTV News Channel 12, the incident happened at Louiseā€™s Open Pit Barbeque on Saturday. The 72-year-old driver reportedly hit the accelerator instead of the brake. His vehicle crashed through the front of the restaurant. There were about 10 people inside at the time of the crash. Thankfully, no serious injuries were reported. The restaurant did sustain damage during the wreck.
